Pickled Mushroom

Ingredients


1/2         kilo                  button mushroom
1/2         cup                  olive oil
1/4         cup                  vinegar
1            teaspoon         garlic, chips
1            teaspoon          garlic, toasted
2            pieces              bay leaves
1            teaspoon         parsley
1/2         teaspoon         spring onion
1/2         teaspoon        paprika bilbao
1/2         teaspoon        seasoning sauce
3/4         teaspoon        salt
1            teaspoon        black pepper, cracked


Procedure


1. Mix all ingredients together and place in a pickling jar.

2. Let stand for 3 days before serving.

3. Serve cold.
