Ingredients
1/2 cup shallots
1 cup green olives
1 cup black olives
2 & 1/2 tablespoon paprika
5 pieces bay leaves
5 pieces finger chili
1 & 1/4 cups vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper, cracked
1 cup olive oil
Procedure
1. Mix all ingredients and place in a pickling jar.
2. Keep in a cool dry place. Let it pickle for 10 days.
