Mexican Sauce used with eggs, meats, tacos and also as a dip
Ingredients:
4 pieces medium ripe tomatoes, unskinned and cubed
1 piece medium onion , minced
8 sprigs fresh coriander, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon green pepper
1 to 2 teaspoon tabasco , according to your taste
Procedure:
Mix everything together in a bowl.
