Spaghetti Puttanesca

Ingredients:

500       grams                    spaghetti
3/4        cup                        olive oil
1           head                      garlic, minced
1           small can               anchovies
5           medium whole      tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2        cup                        capers
2/3        cup                        black olive, sliced
1/8        teaspoon                oregano powder
                                           ** grated parmesan cheese for toppings


Procedure:

1. Saute garlic in olive oil.

2. Add anchovies and tomatoes.

3.  Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until mixture becomes oily.

4. Add capers , black olives and oregano. Cook for 2 minutes.

5. Toss in pasta,
