Ginger Oil

Ingredients


120    grams     fresh ginger
1        cup         canola oil

Procedure


1. Puree the fresh ginger using a food precessor.

2. Transfer the ginger to a saucepan, add the oil and warm gently. Do not bring to simmer.
     Let rest for at least 24 hours at room temperature.

3. Strain and refrigerate. Serve at room temperature.
